When horror content creator Jack Neel partnered with HDSCreative, the goal was clear: build a dedicated creative and production infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume, high-impact content across TikTok and YouTube while allowing Jack to remain focused on creative direction and performance.
HDSCreative assembled and oversaw a full creative producing and logistical production team tailored to Jack’s workflow. This included content research, scripting, creative development, production, post-production, and ongoing operational management. Our team worked closely with Jack to refine content strategy, streamline production pipelines, and ensure consistency across platforms as output scaled.
Over the course of one year, the collaboration resulted in significant channel growth, generating over 200 new episodes of content, and growing the channel with 3 million new TikTok followers, 2 million new YouTube subscribers, and more than 800 million new views. In addition to organic content growth, HDSCreative also developed and produced integrated advertising content for major entertainment brands including American Horror Story, Netflix, and Paramount Pictures, seamlessly woven into Jack’s existing channels while maintaining audience engagement.
Beyond creative execution, HDSCreative managed production logistics and coordination, allowing the creator and team to operate efficiently at scale.
